Today I made M my subject as I tried out a new photo method.
Instead of expensive reflectors sold as photo equipment,
I bought sunshades normally used for the car.
You know, those big shades you put in the windshield
so your car doesn't get too hot while it is parked.
M held the sunshade low to reflect the light from the window onto the dark side of her face
for a lovely portrait.
I will definitely be trying this again.
Cool! I love the light reflectng on her hair!
ReplyDeleteNice technique and lovely picture. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteWell done Sharon. I know that a reflection can add a lot on a picture
ReplyDeleteLovely portrait! And a great tip - thanks.
ReplyDeleteWow - well done. Gorgeous pic of M and the light tip is a great idea. I am going to have to start challenging myself with my photographs..so much to learn!!
ReplyDeleteA white bed sheet around a board is also very good to use as a reflection board.
ReplyDeleteMore light makes so much difference in a picture.
This one you took from M is the proof.
Very nice picture Sharon.
