When gathering with friends for a quilting getaway, 

I always find it necessary to cut, pack and bring way more projects 

than I can possibly get done in the time allotted.  

You never know. 

I might be especially speedy or I might get bored. 

Or I might go home with all the projects still in their bags. 

I hope not.

Evidently there are other things going on at the lake besides quilting.

For the next week I will be sharing pictures from my current road trip. 

I will be here in Michigan attending the Holly Girls Quilt Retreat. 

It is so serene I could sit and watch the water all day, but quilts await.
