Day 116 of 2024

I just finished my fourth Marlo cardigan.
This one's headed off to Little E
with the other things I've recently made.

Day 115 of 2024

I've cut out the last of the items
that need to be made and mailed by the weekend.
This will be the fourth Marlo I've made so hopefully it will be a fast sew.

Day 79 of 2023

I've cut out another Marlo Sweater, in a pale pink sweater knit this time.
I will be making the short version again but will be adding pockets
as I am always trying to find them on my green Marlo
 which does not have pockets.
I'm hoping it looks okay.

Day 238 of 2022

I received a package today that I'm pretty happy about.
The box and I are both standing on the floor,
and yes, I am wearing my new sweater again.
Any guesses? What is it?

And while we're on the subject of questions,
here is the answer to the question posed here
(Thanks, Scott, for the reminder)
Fireball and I went to Ruoff Music Center in Noblesville, IN
for the Josh Groban concert.
It was amazing.

Day 235 of 2022

Today the shop was open and I found the perfect buttons.
Now it's officially done.

Day 234 of 2022

I finished my Marlo Sweater today and was in the car with the engine running,
ready to go get buttons at a local small business
when I thought it might be a good idea to check the shop hours.
Closed on Mondays.
Well, I guess I will try again tomorrow.
This sweater is a little more green than it appears here.
Also please excuse the late-in-the-day hair
that should have gone up long before this.

Day 226 of 2022

In addition to quilting the top that is next up
and getting the pink and brown quilt bound,
I would also like to get at least these two garments sewn.
The green will become the Marlo sweater
and the polka dot is a thrifted dress which I will be remaking into a skirt.
