Ooo! I recognize this book from far! Mine is well used already. I love how they describe to knit the mittens don't you. Your mittens looks very good! and you are already working on your second one!
Oh my!!! Soooo cute!! I, too, have the book and I've just started learning to knit on double pointed needles! I'm making a "practice piece" (not just a swatch) and it will be an ear band. As it is learning a new skill, it has been slow going, but I'm starting to get it now and it seems that the "rounds" go very quickly! So hoping to start on mittens soon!!
