When I entered the Vaccine Waiting Room
my wait to make an appointment was just under 45 minutes.
I worked my way down to a 15 minute wait when suddenly
the next update gave me a shocking number.
According to my calculations,
my wait would now be just over 82 hours or just under 3 1/2 days.
Luckily after a few more minutes counting down,
it returned to a reasonable time of 26 minutes
and I was able to get an appointment for vaccination in late March.
It seems like a long time to wait for your jab, but it's good to see the vaccinating happening. We haven't even got the vaccines in NZ yet!
