so I'll tell you that the Part 1 answer is downtown.
The part two question will be pretty easy also
since this was going to be my answer picture, but here goes anyway.

ReplyDeleteLooks like the center of downtown -- Monument Circle. I am out of touch with what goes on in that part of the country. If I recall correctly, it should be strawberry season. That may be part of what is pictured, but I cannot identify and individual berry. That still does not answer the question -- "Why?" I thought the Strawberry Festival was in Crawfordsville.
