Curiously Intertwined

I decided to quilt the borders with wavy lines which intersect at the corners.

This one just needs binding.

I've started quilting the rest of the quilt that Little E started.

I am quilting swirls in the 9-patches like she started

and signature sunshine in the alternate blocks.

I'm not quite sure about the borders yet, but I have a couple ideas.

I also want to mention a slightly surreal moment I had today.

At my local quilt shop a fellow shopper asked me if I was Curiously Intertwined.

I said yes and we talked for a few minutes.

It made my day.

I hope our paths cross again.

There may be chocolate involved.

Mr. Cardinal was calling to me this morning.

I believe he wanted me to take his picture.

Ok, maybe he was actually calling to someone else.

A girl can dream, can't she?
