This set of star blocks got their trim today. They are now all 15 1/2 inches.
This set has nine blocks and I had put them away for a long time
because I really didn't like the way they turned out.
This is one of the better ones.
You'll see what I mean when this becomes a completed top.
My quilt group assured me that with some sashing,
they will be okay so I am going for it.
I have a project sort of like this that I haven't looked at for a long time. It was stack and slash and reorganise - the fabrics seemed alright but once mixed together and then remixed the effect changed. I look forward to seeing yours together.
