Day 18 of 2021

I'm thinking of setting up another puzzle soon. 
Which of these three should I start? 
I may be setting it up on Thursday so get your vote in before that.

    The one on the right. The one on the left looks extremely challenging, while the middle one is probably the easiest one. JMHO
