Day 2 of 2023

After a family group message discussion on favorite cookies, 
I felt compelled to make a late night batch of cookies. 
Peanut butter cookies seemed the fastest 
and one for which I always have all the ingredients. 
They were delicious.

    I think these rank near the bottom for me, just before coconut macaroons. Give me an oatmeal raisin or a good ginger molasses cookie! Thank you.
